LifeLead was created out of a deep commitment to protecting life and equipping pregnancy centers with the tools they need to reach more women and save more lives.
The software was born from nearly a decade of h2 Columnands-on work with hundreds of pregnancy centers across the country. During that time, Benjamin Kraft, founder and president of Life Advancement Group, and his team uncovered a critical pattern: many centers were missing up to 50% of their inbound leads.
That meant women reaching out in crisis—ready to talk, ask questions, or book an appointment—were too often going unheard. And with every missed call came the real risk of a missed life.
This urgency, combined with a growing frustration, drove the vision behind LifeLead. Pregnancy centers were being forced to rely on general-purpose software—built by secular companies, for secular businesses—that didn’t understand or support the life-saving mission of the pro-life movement.
These tools were clunky, disconnected, and never designed with centers in mind. Trying to make them work felt like forcing a square peg into a round hole.
